Responsibilities: Provide pre and post sales technical support to sales team, customers and partners on Wireless, Network, VoIP and call centre solutions Installation, configuration, test and commissioning of Wireless, networking, Firewall, Gateway, Security, Voice and SIP Servers, Call Centres, video conferencing solutions Remote or onsite technical support for Wireless, networking, Firewall, Gateway, Security, Voice and SIP Servers, SIP Phones, Call Centres, video conferencing solutions Manage process, trouble tickets, and documentations for installation, maintenance, support, inventory, Lic, HW & SW renewals Liaise with vendors/principals on all technical related matter. Escalation procedure to level 3 support by Vendors/Principals Liaising and working in collaboration with other internal staff (if any), 3rd party companies, like contractors, cabling installers Responsible for developing and testing new capabilities for wireless, networking, security, voice related solutions & applications, and incorporation them into new products for sales. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate,/Diploma/Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Others) or equivalent. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Applicants must be willing to work in Kota Kinabalu and travel to different regions in South East Asia.
