JOB SCOPE: This role serves as the liaison and the reference point between the Business End-User and Business Analyst in making sure the user requirements are clearly defined in the Business Requirements Documents (BRD) by leveraging on the resources and skill-set within and across the work-streams. He/She is the Business Representative/ Subject Matter Expert (SME) for new products launch, functional change for system enhancement, new initiatives/projects and is responsible to rationalize end-to-end processes and best practices among work-streams to ensure the deliverables are meeting the business expectation with maximize synergies, quality and efficiencies. He/she is also responsible to participate in business scooping sessions, and ensuring the quality business requirement documents/ functional spec documents are reviewed and recommend the sign-off within the agreed timeline. In additions, he/she is collaborating with functional team to produce a comprehensive business scenario for UAT executions and highlights the key changes in business rules / processes to Change Management for communication. PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible to participate in the business scooping session with business analyst team to ensure quality deliverables are produced within timeline. Responsible to participate in the requirements / deliverables / gaps prioritization and discussion for implementation. Responsible to work with business analyst to identify, recommend and analyze the end-to-end to solution to address the gaps, if any. Responsible to review and recommend sign-off of Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD) for the business functional, test plan and test results to ensure quality deliverables. Participate in testing business scenario preparation with business analyst. Develop, review and recommend sign off for business processes (rationalize letters, reports and forms), workaround for gaps and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). Responsible to develop training materials and conduct training for new system/ process. Responsible to prepare and support/execute Operational Readiness Testing (ORT) scope, scenarios and scripts, as well as the Post Migration Verification activities. Responsible for ad hoc task whenever necessary. EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE: A minimum of 4 to 5 years working experience. Experience in Life Insurance Industry with basic operational knowledge in Life Administration, Actuarial, Agency Administration and Finance would be an added advantage Life insurance knowledge in Life Administration, Actuarial, Agency Administration and Finance Articulate and proficient in written and spoken English. Basic knowledge of Asian language and Mandarin in written and spoken will be a value-added advantage.
