Job Description

Key Requirements:

  • Strong history in sales in software solutions ideally in HRMS, Property Management, Property Leasing, Contract, Hospitality Management, Mall Management, Carpark Management, Accounting and POS industries solutions
  • Superior analytical skills
  • Understanding of customer needs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A strategic person who are able to quickly define customer acquisition strategy

 Responsibilities:

  • Planning and executing solutions sales to deliver customers’ needs
  • Identifying business opportunities with current and prospective new customers
  • Analyzing opportunities by researching the industry and market trends
  • Maintaining relationships with larger clients by providing information, support and guidance
  • Preparing reports by collecting sales information and statistics
  • Working with the delivery team to manage revenue billing and collection

Qualifications:

  • Experience in industry of HRMS is a must; additional experience in Property, Construction, Hospitality (Hotel/Resorts/Clubs), Accounting, IT Software, Network, Security and Cloud Solution will be an added advantage.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent .
  • Required skill(s): business development, presentations and demonstrations, communication skill, negotiation, business acumen, Strategic Account Management.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Managers specializing in Sales - Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent.
