Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to develop and grow client base via cold calls, face-to-face meetings as well as do corporate presentations with clients.
  • Identify and acquire new business clients, strategies and develop account plan.
  • Acquire and grow existing clients by providing high levels of corporate solutions.
  • Develop sales pitch and presentations to get client’s buy-in.
  • Build strong relationship and rapport, conduct presentations and consultative sales.
  • Prepare proposals and reports such as customized sales proposals for clients.


Soft Skills:

  • Good at problem solving and decisive.
  • Strategic & analytical thinker.
  • Strong communicator and presenter.
  • Able to manage ad motivate teams.


Profile:

  • Experience in consultative selling and solution selling.
  • Possess good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia to liaise with clients. Good command of Mandarin will be an added advantage as needed to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients.
  • Communicate effectively through the exchange of ideas and information.
  • Proactive, energetic and independent.
  • Good inter-personal skills.
  • Able to build rapport and develop relationships with clients at multiple levels.
  • Able to work well in teams.


Requirements:

  • Candidates should possess at least a relevant Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 3 years working experience in sales or business development or related field.
  • Experience with solutions selling, trade marketing or e-commerce.
  • Strong history of establishing and growing client relationships and achieving targets.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools – Excel, Word, Power Point etc.
  • Aggressive, independent, takes initiative and possess a positive attitude.
  • Able to work under pressure and deadlines.
  • Willing to travel.
