Job Description

Business Development Manager ( Supply) Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the acquisition and expansion of partners by managing and maintaining the client relationships
  • Coordinate with different departments for integrations and client requirements
  • Identify and implement improvements to processes to achieve scale
  • Strong attention to detail and able to multi-task /work on multiple and simultaneous key accounts
  • Able to work autonomously - from the field and travel as needed
  • 5 years experience in sales, marketing, project management, business development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills -connect well with people and communicate ideas clearly
  • Able to handle ambiguity and adapt to rapidly changing circumstances in a fast paced environment.
  • Possesses a strong work ethic - committed and resourceful problem solver with a keen attention to detail and adopts a hands on approach to work
  • Quick learner - adaptable to a fast paced working environment

 Business Development Manager ( Demand ) Main Responsibilities

  • Sales and lead sourcing: acquire and onboard business users by maintaining a healthy pipeline of leads, and to ensure weekly sales targets are achieved
  • Negotiation and closing of deals: Lead contract negotiations to establish a strong working relationship with our local partners, and to ensure economic sustainability and mutual growth of the partnership
  • Sales operations: ensure Standard Operating Procedures and Policies are implemented in a timely and accurate manner
  • Brand ambassador: become the Legend of TheLorry when engaging local partners to promote our services and values

Requirements 

  • >5 years relevant sales working experience (Startup/logistics industry is a plus)
  • College Degree / Diploma holder preferred
  • Knowledge and understanding of mobile and web technologies
