Job Description

Job Descriptions:

  • Provide technical support either by phone, remote access or site visits as needed.
  • Implement, deploy and support telecommunication hardware, software and solutions to world-class organizations (customers).
  • Perform configuration, installation, troubleshooting maintenance of hardware and software related to: WAN and LAN equipment, physical and virtual servers, VOIP, SIP, SAN and other network equipment.
  • Pro-actively coordinate, track and manage service & solution components until full delivery of completed service/solution to customer.
  • Maintain detailed records of daily interactions with customers, installation activities, procedural documents, reported issues, and completed solutions along with any further actions required of management or repair personnel.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with end users, colleagues, and management to quickly resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to learn, adapt and work on new technologies and upcoming new equipment related to ongoing project.
  • Establish and maintain good working relationship with customers and other professionals.
  • Demonstrate ability to organize tasks and set priorities

Job Requirements:

  • Min 1 years of experience in maintaining and administering telecommunication hardware equipments (Cisco/ Siemens / Panasonic/ Toshiba), VoIP (Yeastar, Yealink, Asterisk, Sangoma, Elastix)
  • Experience in administering and troubleshooting voice and data telecommunication services.
  • Willing to travel within Klang Valley and outstation when required.
  • Good communication skills and customer oriented.
  • Hands on experience of installing/problem solving technical equipment.
  • Experience of working in a number of different environments (office/on-site, one to one/groups), work in a team and independently.
  • Project management experience or having been integral to projects would be advantageous.
  • Liaise with colleagues to share information and knowledge to ensure best customer experience.
  • Follow up & make schedules via emails or call back to customers when necessary
  • Interpersonal skills, ability build good relationship with colleagues and clients.
  • Team Player, able to work with various groups, both internally and externally.
  • Motivated, self-discipline, proactive self-learning and fast adapt approach to work related.
  • Organized, focused and driven to achieve results within set timeline.
