Job Description


  • Note: A more elaborated responsibilities listing will be shared during the onsite interview.
  • Day to day technical support and network data and voice infrastructure
  • Install and configure / provision new IP telephony systems for end users
  • To maintain efficient operation of IT Network Cabling system
  • Analyze a problem and resolve a problem with minimum disruption to end users
  • To coordinate with contractors, service providers, and corporate IT to implement and maintain the LAN, WAN and Telecom Infrastructure
  • Initiate and follow-up on critical issues with the vendor where necessary
  • Document system processes and procedures
  • Support project initiatives as and when required
  • Escalation to the higher level when needed according to support matrix



  • Bachelor’s degree Malaysian with an emphasis in an IT related field or the equivalent skill and knowledge with 2~3 years of relevant experience preferred. Fresh graduate with basic computer networking background is encouraged to apply.
  • Familiar with Network Operating System, LAN and WAN Technology, Video Conferencing System and IP Telephony system.
  • A team player that is able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Monitors maintain, assist, assigns, responds, resolve and tracks helpdesk requests.
  • Maintains a good troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
  • Sharp analytical mind with good trouble-shooting skills.
