Job Description  Explore, observe and identify current operations to ensure proper merchandising of product, label, and POSM as per the planogram and promotion plan, purchase and sales price compliance. Check order status on SKUs which are OOS and potential OOS (including stock count). Sharing with retailer, site manager or supervisor on the observations made on site & discuss areas for improvement  Provide key improvement plans and ideas to improve shop sales and ability to coach RETAILERS based on the findings and observation from the site visit Daily Reports to be submitted for analysis Job Requirements Fresh Graduates are also welcome to apply. Well versed with Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) operation is an advantage. Prior working experience with retail business, FMCG operations and FMCG Sales is an advantage. Demonstrates basic knowledge and understanding of the industry, market, competitors, and customers Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills Demonstrate fluency in the local language and ideally in English, and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken Ability to behave and interact professionally. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
