JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide JDE functional support on daily basis. Provide JDE month end closing process support during the financial closing each month. Investigate, troubleshoot on JDE production finance and distribution issues (queries, data analysis) and work with the Business to fix the root cause. Deep analysis of issues and escalation of technical issues on functional (projects people who validate technical evolution) and maintenance teams. Create/ /update documents for support activities with respect to business processes if needed. Participate and contribute on the analysis, design and value addition activities in the system. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia At least 4-5 Year(s) of working experience in JDE (Finance & Distribution). Required Skill(s): Complex Problem Solving, Critical Thinking, Communication skills. Preferably candidates with IT or Accounting related background.
