Key skills required: Networking knowledge on network design, configuration, performance tuning, and implementation. Windows Servers (Domain Controller, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, WSUS). Manage and support Cloud applications. Develop automated solutions, processes, and pipelines. Configuration and Event Management processes. Systems monitoring, analysis, and resolution, as well as the deployment of change and project activities. Experience in Azure and AWS. Experience in SIEM & Microsoft SCCM. SCOM/SCVMM will be added advantage. Responsibilities: Install new servers, wireless solutions, SQL servers, Exchange servers, switches, and firewalls. Monitoring and configure AD/DC, Office 365, Azure DevOps, on-premise/cloud servers, DR. Complete Cloud Migration projects. Participate in Scrum team. Manage established processes within the team, create process documentation and recommend and implement opportunities for process improvement. Assist vCIO with a review of signed Scope of Work documents. Assist vCIO and Service Manager with selecting news tools, software packages, and products to use internally and for clients. Establish networking environment by designing system configuration; directing system installation; defining, documenting, and enforcing system standards. Maximize network performance by monitoring performance; troubleshooting network problems and outages; scheduling upgrades; collaborating with network architects on network optimization. Secure network system by establishing and enforcing policies; defining and monitoring access. Accomplish information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed. Additional skills / Professional / Education Requirements: Visual Basic .NET, Microsoft SQL Server, AngularJS, Powershell scripting, HTML. Azure Containers Registry & Azure Kubernetes. Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Microsoft Azure Certification. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. The Network & System Administrator is primarily responsible for leading and completing moderate to complex level projects for clients – new server installations, SQL upgrades, Exchange upgrades, switch and firewall deployment, and larger new client on-boarding projects. And internally, they are responsible to apply the skills, experience, and knowledge to address the more difficult challenges that an organization faces.
