The Recruiter will support and report to Senior Talent Acquisition Manager with day-to-day administration and coordination. You will be responsible for recruiting a range of IT staff to ensure company's projects is fully staffed with a high standard of talent. You will be involved with a high volume of recruitment, proactively sourcing strategic hires and maintaining talent pools. You responsible for supporting the hiring managers through the full recruitment process. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Sourcing potential candidates through job postings, Linkedin, social media and industry networking events. Process job applications and record them on company's ATS Pre-screen and distribute to Managers to be reviewed, keep the candidate informed with the status of their application. Managing applications (assessing, responding, interviewing) Head hunting Employer branding / recruiting at conventions, events, universities Management of incoming applications. Provide feedback of unsuccessful candidates. Provide support to manage the end-to-end logistical arrange for candidate’s interviews. Requirements: Great social skills but confident and diplomatic manner Good memory of people and their performance Able to act fast and shift priorities any instant Very precise but efficient working style Handle confident data with care and absolute discretion Able to work independently as well as within a team Fluent English language skills, spoken and in writing Excellent computer skills with proficiency using Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word & Excel At least 1 year of scheduling experience within recruiting is highly desirable. Proactive and able to work independently.
