Day to day technical support and network data and voice infrastructure Install and configure / provision new IP telephony systems for end users To maintain efficient operation of IT Network Cabling system Analyze a problem and resolve a problem with minimum disruption to end users To coordinate with contractors, service providers, and corporate IT to implement and maintain the LAN, WAN and Telecom Infrastructure Initiate and follow-up on critical issues with the vendor where necessary Document system processes and procedures Support project initiatives as and when required Escalation to the higher level when needed according to support matrix Requirements Bachelor’s degree Malaysian with an emphasis in an IT related field or the equivalent skill and knowledge with 2~3 years of relevant experience preferred. Fresh graduate with basic computer networking background is encouraged to apply. Familiar with Network Operating System, LAN and WAN Technology, Video Conferencing System and IP Telephony system. A team player that is able to work independently and under pressure. Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills. Monitors maintain, assist, assigns, responds, resolve and tracks helpdesk requests. Maintains a good troubleshooting and maintenance skills. Sharp analytical mind with good trouble-shooting skills.
