Responsibilities: Assist to achieve sales targets and implementation of the company’s business plan. Oversee the daily activities and discipline of the Sales team. Actively create and grow sales opportunities to meet company’s sales target together with Sales team. Experienced in creating regular business reporting, analysis and planning to track sales and competitive activities. Manage personal growth, training and recruitment of Sales team members. Assist and actively manage client’s expectations together with the sales team to maximize client's satisfaction. To develop and implement actions to accomplish strategies to capture market share and expand IXI business with respect to the company’s short-and-long term goals. To formulate and administer sales and marketing policies. To build rapport with both clients and vendors to maintain a sustainable business relationship permanently. To lead the sales team to attain monthly sales quota and meet required sales activity level. To review subordinates’ outgoing correspondence and monitor their follow up works. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Administration/Studies/Management or equivalent with analytical and business minded. Required language(s): Mandarin Speaking (Essential), English At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in managing position within sales environment, preferably in IT industry. Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing with proficiency in Excel, Power Point and other Sales tools. Demonstrate great ability in interpersonal communication, presentation and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of organization. Preferably Manager specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent. Willing to travel locally and oversea (if required to) and possesses own transport.
